IAS 7 requires entities to present a statement of cash flows, classifying cash movements into operating, investing, and financing activities. It enhances users’ understanding of liquidity, solvency, and financial adaptability by showing how cash is generated and used.

• Course access is valid for 12 months, after which the course will close.
